About the Author
"How Do I Make It to the NEXT," is a profound engaging workbook by Adrianne Ellis. Inspired by a deep sense of loneliness after her husband's celebration of life, she turned to journaling to cope with her pain and grief. Realizing that she wasn't the only one experiencing such emotional turmoil, she created this workbook filled with actionable items designed to assist others healing from grief.
